About MRGC's Habitat Restoration Projects:
The
Marin Rod and Gun Club has always been the leader in the conservation of Fish
and Game. In the past as it is now, our club has been instrumental in
stopping pollution of our bays and streams.
When the club was in its infancy, we published several full-page
advertisements, resulting in the installation a sewage disposal plant.
Currently the club is sponsoring an important study being performed by local
marine biologists who volunteer their time to help preserve our indigenous
oyster population. We encourage you to read through the articles and
volunteer your time if wish to become involved with this important project.
